Galloway's Weekly Prayer Concern Update (to be updated Friday afternoon this week)

Galloway welcomes Rev. Haven Boyd to our church family as the Pastor of the Children's Ministry. Haven is a lifelong United Methodist and a native of New Albany. She is an ordained deacon in the Mississippi Annual Conference and brings extensive experience, having served in churches, schools, and camp ministries across Mississippi and North Carolina. Most recently, Haven has been leading the children's ministry at Highland Colony UMC in Madison. Haven describes her ministry as - "I love exploring new ways for children and families to connect with scripture and to share that connection and love of God with those in the community." Her faith extends beyond the church walls as she brings her energy and enthusiasm to both her ministry and her recreational activities, such as playing on adult kickball and bowling teams.
